A private stay does not need to run like a conference. We discuss fixed commitments first, then leave space for discoveries and changes of pace. Clear arrival information and a sensible sequence of reservations reduce unnecessary movement. Tell us whether discretion, family time or exploring the city matters most.

A beautiful restaurant or excursion still needs to suit your group. Consider travel time, opening arrangements, dietary needs and the level of activity involved. Reservations and access are subject to the individual venue or provider. We coordinate requests and confirm what is available rather than promising entry or availability in advance.

Share your dates, where you will stay, the travelling party and any appointments already booked. We can distinguish support for the stay from charges for transport, dining or experiences. Special requests should be discussed early, and their availability confirmed individually. No round-the-clock availability, exclusive access or last-minute booking is implied unless it is specifically agreed for your project.
